This is an absolute scam! It was the most terrible experience I have ever had.

This service is a complete scam. They continue to charge you even after your membership has expired, and they deceitfully alter the end date on their website. I ended up being charged three times before realizing the extent of their fraudulent activities. It's highly unlikely that I will receive a refund.

The customer service is absolutely awful. I have been trying to cancel my membership since March and have sent numerous emails, but I haven't received any response. It's been incredibly frustrating as there doesn't seem to be a straightforward way to do this. To make matters worse, I've just been charged an additional £90+.

The website is absolutely awful. It appears as if someone created a low-budget, free website and then proceeded to cram it with an excessive amount of content. The execution is incredibly poor, to the point where it is simply astonishing. The layout is so confusing that you would need to take a lengthy course just to navigate it. Locating lessons is a challenge, and the interface for adding words is dreadful. Overall, it is an unacceptable implementation of what could have been a great concept, especially considering the high price of the paid service. Given the state of the website, any money spent on it is a complete waste of time.

They keep insisting that this is the ultimate method for learning, but it's truly disappointing because the website is excessively complex and it's difficult to figure out where to begin and how to make progress. It simply lacks the user-friendly interface needed for an exceptional learning journey.
